Modern Mediterranean

Designed in 2024 and completed in 2026, this Sugar Land, Texas home was created for a young family, with architecture by Bufalini of Houston. We joined the project after framing, with the architectural phase already complete, and moved quickly to develop the interiors and coordinate decisions with the builder to keep construction on schedule. Warm wood tones, layered textures and sculptural lighting complement the home’s Mediterranean architecture, creating inviting gathering spaces and restful private retreats.
